PICC Lines

 A peripherally inserted central catheter also commonly referred to as a PICC line is a form of intravenous access that can be used for a prolonged period of time. Some situations include, but are not limited to; total parenteral nutrtion, long chemotherapy regimens, or extended antibiotic therapy.
